Dick's House of Sports
Project Overview
Our team has been instrumental in delivering Dick’s House of Sport locations across Arlington, Tampa, and Miami, each showcasing the brand’s next-generation retail vision. In Arlington, we transformed a former Sears into a 120,000-sq-ft, two-story venue featuring indoor/outdoor sport zones and community spaces. The Tampa store, located at 2223 N Westshore Blvd, continued the rollout with another flagship location designed for hands-on sports experiences.
In Miami, we delivered one of the most complex builds in the program: a 120,000-square-foot facility with six external steel towers integrated into the main frame to support major signage, lighting, and façade elements. Together, these projects demonstrate our expertise in executing large-scale, architecturally advanced retail environments.
