Since 2023, D5 Steel has served as a key structural partner for Mavis Tire’s rapid expansion across the Southeastern United States, delivering more than 60 new retail and service facilities to date. Our team fabricates and erects the complete structural steel package for each site, utilizing multiple prototype designs to support a consistent brand rollout across diverse markets.

These facilities are typically one-story automotive service centers ranging from 6,000 to 12,000 square feet, featuring open bay layouts, integrated roof joist systems, and steel canopies for signage and branding. With a streamlined fabrication and logistics model, D5 Steel has enabled Mavis to maintain a high velocity of construction starts while ensuring uniform quality and schedule performance.
