Project Overview
In 2024 and 2025, our team delivered structural steel packages for two new Topgolf Entertainment Venues in Texas, one in New Braunfels and the other in Grand Prairie. The New Braunfels location, part of the expansive 400+ acre Town Center at Creekside mixed-use development along the I-35 corridor, is slated to open in late 2025.
Meanwhile, the Grand Prairie facility, situated within the Epicentral Entertainment Corridor at 3670 South State Highway 161, marks the region’s fifth Topgolf venue in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area. Both projects showcase our continued partnership with Topgolf and our capability to execute large-scale entertainment developments across the state.
