The contract scope included more than 425 tons of structural steel and a subcontract value of $4,500,000.
Scope & Highlights
-
At Creekland Middle School, the addition includes 20 new classrooms in a two-story structure.
-
At Creekview High School, the work includes a two-story addition delivering 16 new classrooms (some sources reference 15) and space for Career-Technical & Agricultural Education (CTAE) labs.
-
A new auxiliary gym (or “second gym”) is included in the high school scope, extending the support services for athletics and general student programming.
-
The district’s public communications confirm the additions were ready for the 2025-26 school year, with board tours in summer 2025.
