Robert Nance, President of D5 Steel, Inc., brings more than 32 years of experience in the structural steel industry. He began his career as a helper in the paint bay, learning the business from the ground up, and steadily advanced through key roles including estimator, project manager, Vice President of Operations, and Chief Operating Officer before assuming his current leadership position.
Specializing in the fast-track retail market, Robert built his career on speed, reliability, and precision. The demands of this sector instilled in him a lasting sense of urgency that continues to shape both his leadership style and the culture of D5 Steel.
A U.S. Navy veteran, Robert completed his undergraduate studies while serving his country and later earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Alabama’s Culverhouse College of Business. Today, he leads D5 Steel with a steadfast commitment to performance, accountability, and delivering results under pressure.

Vice President
Jonathon K. Warren
Jonathon Warren, Vice President of D5 Steel, Inc., brings more than 15 years of experience in the structural steel industry. He began his career in the engineering field, performing design calculations and drafting structural plans, where he developed a strong foundation in steel structures. Transitioning fully into the steel industry, Jonathon advanced through key roles including structural drafter, estimator, project manager, and senior project manager before moving into his current leadership position.
Over the course of his career, Jonathon has overseen the complete fabrication and installation of projects across multiple sectors, including retail, entertainment, education, and government. In the fast-paced construction environment, he is known for managing with speed, precision, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

Chief Estimator
Jordan Graves
Jordan Graves, Chief Estimator at D5 Steel, Inc., brings more than 25 years of experience in general construction and nearly a decade of specialized expertise in steel fabrication. Over the course of his career, he has held a wide range of roles in both shop and field environments, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the steel construction process from start to finish.
Since joining D5 Steel six years ago, Jordan has played a pivotal role in leading the company’s estimating operations. His ability to combine practical field knowledge with precise cost analysis ensures that every project is accurately scoped, competitively priced, and strategically aligned with client expectations.
Jordan’s background equips him to anticipate challenges, identify efficiencies, and deliver detailed, reliable estimates that support D5 Steel’s reputation for performance under pressure.

Controller
Marilou Dinapo
Marilou, Controller of D5 Steel, Inc., brings more than 15 years of experience in finance and accounting. She has served as Controller for a wide range of organizations across industries, including real estate, property management, construction, healthcare, marketing, and professional services. Her career also includes managing $17 billion in commodities trading and operations settlement desks during more than a decade in the private investment and banking sector.
Known for her expertise in financial management and operational oversight, Marilou has developed a reputation for precision, accountability, and delivering results under pressure. She also completed a six-month engagement with the U.S. Administration as Assistant Manager of Internal Audit, further broadening her professional scope.
A native of San Francisco, California, Marilou earned her degree in Business Administration and Accounting before building her career across both California and Florida. Today, she leads the finance and accounting operations of D5 Steel with the same commitment to excellence that defines the company’s culture.

Procurement & Logistics Manager
Barry B. Bienvenu
Barry Bienvenu, Procurement and Logistics Manager at D5 Steel, Inc., brings extensive experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain management, and contract negotiation. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed end-to-end procurement processes, vendor relationships, and logistics operations to ensure the cost-effective and timely delivery of raw materials and finished steel products.
Specializing in global supply markets, Barry has developed expertise in navigating price fluctuations, optimizing transportation networks, and driving cost-saving initiatives. Their work has consistently aligned procurement and logistics strategies with business goals, strengthening both efficiency and reliability across the supply chain.
Known for strong analytical skills and operational discipline, Barry continues to enhance D5 Steel’s procurement and logistics performance, ensuring the company remains competitive in a demanding industry.

Field Superintendent
Johnny Mclendon
Johnny McLendon, Field Superintendent at D5 Steel, Inc., a respected leader in the field. Johnny plays a vital role in overseeing D5 Steel’s field operations, bringing strong leadership, attention to detail, and operational discipline to each project he manages. Over the past four months, he has led field operations for several signature projects, including Topgolf in New Braunfels and Grand Prairie, TX; DSG House of Sports in Arlington, TX; and The Mix Shopping Center in Frisco, TX.
Across these projects, Johnny has helped oversee the erection of an impressive 897 tons of steel, ensuring that each jobsite operates safely, efficiently, and in alignment with D5 Steel’s high standards of performance and quality.
Known for his communication, problem-solving ability, and commitment to safety, Johnny works closely with crews and project teams to keep operations moving smoothly from start to finish. His ability to lead under pressure, address challenges head-on, and maintain focus in the field makes him an essential part of D5 Steel’s success and a valued contributor to the company’s continued growth.

Accounts Recievable
Angie Mclendon
Angie McLendon, Accounts Receivable at D5 Steel, Inc., a dedicated member of the team whose work behind the scenes plays a vital role in supporting the company’s financial operations.
Angie brings strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail to D5 Steel’s accounts receivable processes. In her role, she supports billing, payment tracking, account follow-ups, and customer communication, helping ensure that financial records remain clear, current, and reliable.
Known for her consistency, professionalism, and commitment to doing things the right way, Angie helps maintain the financial flow that keeps operations moving efficiently. She works closely with both internal teams and customers to resolve questions, support timely payments, and uphold the level of service and accountability that defines D5 Steel.
